Baby Shower Decorations

I volunteered to make the table decorations for Kimme's shower but I wanted to make something that she could take apart & use after it was over. I scanned pinterest & finally came up with these. They are really simple. I decided to make 4 of the decorations out of diapers because it used the entire pack of them.

I had the circles cardboard from decorating cakes, the diapers are rolled with a rubber band around them.

The pom pom are made with cupcake holders. I put a straight pin in the center then pushed it into the Styrofoam ball, I also put hot glue on the bottom so it would stay put.

I then put a larger rubber band around the bundle of diapers & secured it to the cardboard with a couple of glue dots.

I covered up the rubber band with the ribbon.

Here's the finished product. This was the first time I've made these but I'm sure it's something I will attempt again.

I worried that the football ones wouldn't look right because they had silver on the inside of the liner so I decided that I would turn some of them inside out so you could see the football side.

These are socks rolled up to look like flowers. I just used a jar out of my recycle bin with tissue paper & a Styrofoam ball. The sticks are cake pop sticks that I had for another project.
