Goats

I think it's official now, we are goat farmers lol What started out with one, my sweet little Ricky is now turned into 8. Levi owns 2 of them but we take care of them all. I can't wait until they start having babies so we can watch them. Levi went this afternoon & picked up the last 3 so I guess we are done buying now or at least I hope we are done buying them lol

She's been away from her mama for several weeks not but as soon as he put her in the pen she immediately ran to her which was so funny. Her mama wanted nothing to do with her though.

JJ's graduation

We went to watch JJ graduate high school, we are so proud of him. He will be going to Motlow in the fall.

Immediately after graduation, they are walking back to get their things.

Fencing

With us going on vacation here pretty soon we knew we had to get the fencing done that way if the boys didn't get out there to feed one night it would be perfectly alright because there was plenty of roughage for them to eat.

It took us about 2 weekends to get this done but we are glad to have it. I know there's plenty of more to do but we can do it a little at a time.

This is just precious, Bentley was helping & watching Bubba, he's never seen anyone fence before.

K graduation

Lizzie was so excited to get to graduate Kindergarten. They had a cute little ceremony for them but I was sort of disappointed they didn't call each name & let them walk across the stage. Their teachers gave out awards in their classrooms though.

We sat on the back row which was perfect because we got to see her walking in & out of the gym.

Clouds

As we were walking back home we saw these gorgeous clouds behind the house, the pic doesn't do it justice.

Ducks

Our baby ducks are getting some color to their wings, we hope there are a couple of males in this group.

Large eggs

It seems as if we get 4-5 extra large eggs everyday. I have started just putting the eggs in the cartons without shutting them since I'm scared they will crack. I'm thankful we have a fridge in the garage so they don't take up room in my regular fridge.

Duck Eggs

We aren't sure how many eggs are in this nest but this little duck thinks she's going to hatch them. We don't have a male duck so obviously she's sitting for no reason.

Mother's Day

Mother's Day is always hectic but enjoyable. I was excited to get to have breakfast with boy our boys but since Michael took the pics I don't have any to download of us. Hoping maybe I can get those posted before too long.

I'm so fortunate that my parents have always had a great relationship with Michael. My mama introduces him as her son all the time. He treats her like she is his mama, always does anything she needs & never hesitates or says anything when she needs him.

We always go to decoration at Hopper Cemetary on Mother's Day, mama made the 2 wreaths for daddy & did a great job.

Sweet baby Ricky

We were fencing so we let Ricky stay back there with us since he thinks he's a dog. He followed us around everywhere the entire time. We were headed back to the house & I was scared he would get under the truck so I let him ride with us. He's so loving.

Trailer

Michael was excited to get his trailer all hooked up last night so we had to carry it with us to see how it would do. He couldn't even tell that it was back there, it was weird looking behind us & saw the trailer there.

We are glad to have it for our trip so we will have extra room for all our stuff.

Soccer game

We were so excited to get to watch Kymberli play soccer, we thought it was her last game but we found out after the fact that she actually had 2 more rain out games. She did really good to only be 5 yrs old, Michael said it several times, she's a good little athlete.

So glad that her daddy has such a huge influence in her life.

Rainbows

We love seeing rainbows, when we were headed home, both boys with us Triston looked out & said look at the rainbow. It was gorgeous & looked just like it stopped in this field. It was  double too. I can't help but to love another one of God's creations.

Homegrown

I love most fruits & vegetables & they are even better when they are home grown. Mama has tons of strawberries so every year I get excited to get them fresh out of her garden. I'm fortunate enough to have her pick them for me so all I have to do is cut & wash. They are super delicious & so sweet.
