Just a step closer

We are closer now to having our dream home than we have ever been, we know that we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are so excited to see it all come together. We have dreamed of this house for so long and watching it coming together just means so much to us!!

We have block! Seems like way too many to me but what do I know? I know we paid for over 2000 of them so hopefully it will be enough.

We are totally excited to finally see some progress made around here :)

They are going to start laying these on Monday.

Mountain Ride 2013

We always enjoy our mountain ride on the bikes. We have a great group of friends who are very enjoyable to be around too.

 

We always take a pic before leaving the house. It was probably the nicest weather leaving out than we've had in the last 3 years.

We enjoyed staying at the Phillips Motel last year but this year we needed a larger house since we had an extra couple. It's such a nice place to stay. We walked across the road for supper at a little diner.

 

This was a new area to get our pics taken

This was pretty neat made out of all metal items.

Love watching the GPS during the dragon ride because it's all sorts of curves & turns, 318 curves in 11 miles.

Clingman's Dome, we decided to take a stroll up there this year.

It was so foggy but still loved it!

First time we took the Moonshine ride, it was very well worth it too, awesome curves :)

This is a first!

Michael had some patches he wanted sewn onto his vest before we left on our trip. I got the larger one sewn on & he decided he wanted to give it a try. He did a great job!

When he realized I did he tilted his head so I couldn't see his face lol
