Burp Cloths

I've made a few of these before for a girl at work & last week she ask if I could make some for her sister. Little did we know we would have such a hard time getting diapers here in podunk, we only have Wal-Mart available unless we travel 40 miles, so we ordered them & had them delivered locally. She gave them to me on Tues so that night I cut out all the initials, the fabric & the ribbon. Last night I got out the sewing machine & started working away, it's hard making time to sew since we are living in the camper because I can't leave the machine out all the time. I came in started sewing, threw supper in the oven, once it was ready I had to move everything off the table so we could eat. As soon as we finished eating I put the machine back on the table & sewed. I was so happy to get all 10 done last night, especially since I didn't really have a choice because she needed them today :)

The pics aren't that good but again we are living in the camper & I took the pics this morning while T was sleeping so I didn't want to turn on a ton of lights since he's not in a "room".

I'm very thankful she wasn't picky about colors so I was able to use the fabric & ribbon that I had on hand. I ended up buying a few more ribbon spools but I didn't have to, it appears I had enough in my stash to work with after all.

Spring?

Oh spring where in the world are you? We are so sick & tired of all this cold, dreary weather especially since this is spring break for the kids, I'm sure they are not going to be excited when they wake up to this.....

Finally!

I was so excited to pull out my sewing machine this weekend. It's so hard living in the camper with very little space but somehow I managed to keep the machine out most of the day Sat & Sun. I was able to complete 2 bags for the girls for Easter, fixed the curtains for our room in the camper to make it darker for Michael to sleep during the day & completed 2 crayon rolls. I donated one of those to Amanda's auction to bring home their baby & the other is just an extra in case someone needs a donation.

Both Lizzie & Kymberli love Dori & so I decided to make these super easy bags for Easter presents.   Kymberli's is going in the mail today so hopefully Kyndall will have it way before Easter.

These are super easy to make & I got the instructions from Skip to my Lou. I ended up making 2 of them because they are so easy & I like having things already finished in case someone needs something.

I did not make these this weekend but I since I'm mailing out one today I decided to go ahead & post them on here too. They are way easy to complete & I ended up getting several done right before Christmas. I've sold a few & donated a few more for auctions for different adoptions.
