Jesse from Toy Story
I had the pleasure of making 3 costumes for a dear friend Christy's. Jesse was lots of fun to make, Christy sent me the pants & shirt and I revamped them.
The pants were a little difficult because they were so small I had to rip the sides so I could attach the "cow" print material to them.
The shirt was so easy. I added piping to the bottom and the design was done with yarn. Thankfully I already had everything I needed except for the piping and my friend Sheila had some that she gave me. Overall I was thrilled with both of these.
Mr. Potato Head
This was super fun to make. I used a pillow case cut out the armholes and the neck. I used the leftover from the bottom to sew a pocket inside so it could be stuffed to make it fuller looking. The face was made with felt and I sewed it on so it would stay because they had several places to go.
Lizzie was just the model for these pics because it was sent to FL for Christy's son Noah. She wasn't very good about standing still for the pics either. lol
Woody's Vest
Very easy to sew and even made it without an actual pattern. I used the leftover material from Jesse's pants.
Mario
Oh it's just Jake, he didn't want his pic taken at all. He's too funny.
He gave Lizzie a bag of his candy when she woke up from her nap.
Cookout & hayride
We went to Bill & Reba on Oct 22nd. We had so much fun. I didn't take any pics but Levi's friend took this one for us on the hayride. It was a gorgeous night. They had a haunted woods but Triston and all his buddies didn't do a great job scaring anyone. It was still a ton of fun though.
