Sorghum Squeeze

I had a great time in Halls Mill with Michelle Herod & the girls. I forgot my camera so I ask Michelle if I could borrow her pics :) I had never been before but hoping Michael & the boys will go next year so they can see it. It's kind of neat and everywhere I turned there was a Davis lol

This is what it looked like on the trailer before the leaves where stripped.

Beverly & Tex was feeding the sorghum while the mule was making the machine "squeeze" out the liquid.

Bo was standing here skimming the top of the sorghum while it was cooking.

Close up of it getting squeezed. It was really interesting. I bought a small container and while I don't like the taste of it Michael sure does :)
